The Best Practices Foundation (BPF) is an NGO that documents, disseminates, and innovates best practices in development, governance, and gender. It aims to conduct innovative action research in partnership with practitioners and implementing agencies of the state and civil society. 

BPF is looking for a Junior Program & Training Coordinator to assist the Chief Operations Officer with the programmes conducted by BPF on livelihood, gender-based violence, institutional strengthening, entitlements, digital learning and other programmes.

The Junior Program & Training Coordinator will be expected to:

  • Travel to oversee fieldwork in rural Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
  • Collect data, transcribe, and write up reports and case studies
  • Talk to relevant stakeholders to complete assigned work
  • Follow instructions and complete assigned work
  • Organise and coordinate work on a day to day basis

 

Requirements:

  • Education qualification- no bar
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Oral proficiency in Kannada
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Willingness to travel at short notice

 

The salary will be between INR 15,000- 18,000 based on experience and qualifications.
