CTC: INR 6.60 LPA-8.00 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

Position Overview:

As the Associate Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Agriculture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of CSR initiatives related to agriculture within our company. Working closely with the CSR and agriculture teams, you will contribute to the planning and execution of sustainable agriculture programs, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture and community development.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of CSR strategies and initiatives focused on agriculture to support our company's sustainability goals.
  • Support the identification and cultivation of partnerships with stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, farmers' associations, and research institutions.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of agriculture-related projects, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to evaluate the social, environmental, and economic impact of agriculture initiatives, and contribute insights to improve program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, procurement, and marketing to integrate sustainable agriculture practices into business operations.
  • Participate in establishing and maintaining relationships with local communities and farming groups, contributing to trust-building efforts and cooperation to drive positive change.
  • Support in monitoring and evaluating the performance of CSR programs, collecting data and feedback to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications materials to communicate CSR activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments related to CSR and sustainable agriculture, and contribute insights to program design and implementation.
  • Assist in representing the company in meetings, conferences, and other forums related to CSR and agriculture, contributing to advocacy efforts and knowledge sharing.
  • Strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmers' Groups, Formation of Federations and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
  • Livelihood Skills Training for Landless and Marginalized Farmers, Youth Skill Training, Support to SHGs and Vulnerable Households for Economic Development.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in CSR, sustainable development, or related fields, with a focus on agriculture.
  • Basic understanding of agricultural systems, practices, and challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
